Happy 4th Birthday Colin!

Happy Birthday Colin! I can't believe 4 years ago you joined our happy little family. You have brought so much joy and excitement into our family over the past 4 years. You are so sweet and full of energy. You love to make those around you happy and are so thoughtful in your actions. You amaze us with the things you know and share with us each day.

We had a fun weekend celebrating Colin's birthday. On Friday he got to take cookies to daycare to share with his classmates and since there were 4 left, he even got to share with his brother, sister and mommy after daycare.

For dinner that night we went to McDonald's (the only place Colin likes to eat) and stayed to play. We actually stayed longer then usual because everyone was having an extra fun time.

Colin has been telling us since at least April (if not before) that he wanted his birthday to be at Chuck E Cheese so on Saturday we went to Chuck E Cheese to play some games. Grandma came and cousins Abby and Jonny and Aunt Teresa came too. Everyone had a blast and we collected about 800 tickets to cash in for prizes. Jonny and Colin got googly eye glasses and Jordan got a pirate set...these boys can be soooo silly.

After Chuck E Cheese we all went to grandma and grandpa's house to play in the water, jump on the trampoline, open presents and eat cake...errr brownies and ice cream.

Playing in the water.

Fun toys...a school bus pop-up tent, keyboard with microphone and recording ability, ABC book make by grandma with pictures of Colin, ball dart game, balls, creative workbooks and flashcards.

Sunday morning (on Colin's official birthday) he woke up to his room/bed all decorated with helium inflated balloons. He also found one more gift attached to the balloons...3 new bakugan. He was very excited and was kind enough to let Jordan have one.

Colin sleeps on the top bunk

Before church he had fun playing with his balloons and new bakugan. After church, we went to grandma and grandpa's house to have dinner and play with Abby and Jonny.

When we got home tonight, both boys fell asleep so fast.

Wow! What a fun weekend full of fun for a very special 4 year old boy.
